What is MUST?

MUST (MUlti-Slice Technique) is a GPU-accelerated software for Fourier-based tomogram reconstruction in cryo-electron tomography. It applies a SIRT-like filter for balancing contrast and resolution. 3D-CTF correction (defocus-gradient correction) is also implemented in Fourier space for pursuing high resolution.
