Installation packages
Both online and offline installation package are provided. The online package is relatively small, and requires internet accession to download necessary python libraries. The offline package is large, containing all necessay python libraries.
Please check your environment before downloading and installation. EPicker packages require NVIDIA GPU and specifiled versions of CUDA library installed, currently supporting and tested on CUDA 11.0, 11.1, 11.2 and 11.4.

Pre-trained models
We prepared general models for different picking mode, particle, vesicle(liposome), and fiber modes. The corresponding exemplar dataset are also provided, which is used for the continual learning mode. Each exemplar dataset is in a folder containing many micrographs and particle annotations. Before using the exemplar, you need to uncompress it.
